Where You Come In

We are a design company, and we treat our print and digital materials with the same caliber as our physical products. From company books and catalogs, to graphics and digital content, to the inserts in our packaging, we need to communicate our brand and emphasize good design through all outward communication. We are looking for an experienced print and digital designer, who will produce high-quality materials that effectively communicate and represent our brand and aesthetic using both provided guidelines and intuition.


As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work on materials for everything from marketing and CX initiatives to website design and content production. Your primary roles will be to produce print and digital materials, using design guidelines, and brand assets, but also your intuitive sense for design.

  • Design and produce print and digital materials for a variety of project seen by tens of thousands of followers daily
  • Effectively implement new brand elements across a range of materials
  • Confidently execute top notch designs with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work seamlessly between print and digital worlds
  • Communicate with printers to see materials through production
  • Communicate with our marketing team, CX team, web design team, digital marketing team, and other teams to create and implement design materials
  • Work seamlessly across all teams
  • Publication design, deck design

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area of study (graphic design preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience with print and digital design
  • Knowledge and understanding of graphic design, print design, and typography
  • Knowledge of digital production design, responsive, mobile and web standards
  • Proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your skill and design sensibility
  • Knowledge of packaging design is a plus
  • Video editing experience is a plus (Final Cut Pro)
  • Highly ambitious but know when to ask for help
