Where You Come In

We’ve been thrilled to see some amazing growth as a company at Floyd; however, the office needs some oversight & love, and the co-founders need support in making their working lives as efficient and productive as possible.

Some Things You'll Do

  • Keep the office running: from greeting guests to making sure things are in top shape
  • Owner of the calendar: making sure office is in sync and co-founders are on point
  • Support the team across a wide array of initiatives –– from culture development to team outings; we’re a close knit group
  • Lead the organization of in-office events, such as invited speakers and tours
  • Make sure that the build out of our new office & move is on schedule
  • Book all travel

This Might Describe You

  • You run the show and are incessantly organized
  • You’re an expert in scheduling and prioritization — from confirming the dial-in to a conference call, to the time zones of all involved, or the formatting of the date, you’ve got it covered
  • Expert in Google Suite
  • An amazing communicator and representative of Floyd
  • You understand how to effectively collaborate with others to get the job done
